I think a zine dedicated to each kind of fabric and their different idiosyncrasies, like knit is a diva, even though she’s for casual wear, whereas silk needs a light touch and fine tools (thin needles, etc), denim can take it and requires a heavier hand.
I struggle with cutting the material. I don’t have a large enough space. How can I cut material while it being folded. I’ll give an example. If the “tote bag is 21 x 12” how can I fold the material to make a straight cut that is those measurements I hope this makes sense.
